JOHNSON CITY - Dylan Wayne Williams 15, of Johnson City, TN passed unexpectedly from this life Tuesday, July 23, 2024. He was born in Kingsport, TN on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 to the late Lance Williams and Candace McLain. He was a member of King Springs Baptist Church. He was a student at Happy Valley High School. He loved fishing with his dad, PaPaw, and his brother Dakota. He enjoyed playing video games, spending time with his brother, and enjoyed family trips to the beach. He loved to joke and play, and when he did his smile lit up whatever room he was in. He is preceded in death by his father, Lance Williams.
He is survived by his mother, Candace McLain (Owen) of Telford, TN; his brother Dakota Necessary (Maddie) of Johnson City, TN; grandparents Dennis and Bobbie Sue Williams of Johnson City, TN; grandparents Robert Nidiffer and Rebecca Nidiffer of Bristol, TN.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Luka Temaj and Pastor Brent Nidiffer officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be Dakota Necessary, Coy Nidiffer, Shaine Nidiffer, Cody Nidiffer, Robert Nidiffer, Tommy Williams, Owen McLain and Jeffery Bowman. Honorary Pallbearers will be Aadyn Williams and Hunter Nidiffer. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
