GRAY - Doris "Dee" Halbe, 80, Gray, passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Johnson City Medical Center.
She was born in Chicago, IL and was a daughter of the late Stanley and Louise Roeske.
Dee loved to travel, especially with her husband, Chuck, they went everywhere. They used to say, "We weren't born in the south, but we got here as soon as we could."
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Conrad "Chuck" Balo; niece and nephew, Laura and Steve Mattheis; grandnephew, Daniel Mattheis.
