Donna Reagan Obituary

DANDRIDGE - Donna Joan Babb Reagan, 67, Dandridge, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, October 19, 2023, at her residence.

Donna was born in Elizabethton and a daughter of the late Wilburn and Kathleen Price Babb.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Donna was a processing operator at Frito-Lay for many years.

Donna was an avid crafter and loved to decorate. She was passionate about auctions and yard sales. Donna was very kind, caring, and loved everyone.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her sisters, Debbie Crook and Beverly Gross.

Survivors include, her husband of 19 years, Rickie "Rick" Reagan; daughter, Christina Phillips; son, Andrew "Andy" Scott; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Karen Schriber; brothers, J.R. Babb, Ronnie Clay, Randall Babb; several nieces and nephews; Frito-Lay and auction family; and her fur babies.

The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. from the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Hilton, officiating. The graveside committal will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be chosen from friends and family.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:00 P.M. in the East Parlor of the funeral home.
