JOHNSON CITY - Dianna Lynn Williams Blevins, 75, of Johnson City, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 27th and met her Lord and Savior after a courageous 5-year battle with cancer.
She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Lilly Wilhoit Williams of Washington County. Dianna lived in Johnson City her entire life residing in Carter County. She married Clifford Allen Blevins, Jr. in 1967 and they were married for 56 years. She was a devoted wife and mother to her two loving sons, a homemaker, as well as, worked at Sears Catalog and Fingerhut.
Dianna was a born-again Believer who was a member of Skyline Heights Baptist Church (presently known as Depot City Church) where she faithfully served as a teacher, mission worker, choir member, and more recently an active participant of Samaritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child which was her greatest passion. She was responsible for hundreds of shoeboxes packed for boys and girls all over the world so they could learn about the love of Jesus Christ. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and desired for those she met to also know and love him as she did. Her love and praise for Jesus Christ showed in everything she did. Her face glowed as she sang in the choir or anytime she talked about her Savior.
In addition to her parents, Dianna was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Cody Blevins; her brothers, Orland and Darrell Williams; her sister, Evelyn Sands.
Dianna is survived by her husband, Clifford Allen Blevins, Jr; two sons, Clifford Allen (Pam) Blevins, III and Mark Blevins and girlfriend Audrey Huff; "Adopted" son, Greg Moody; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

So very sorry for the loss of Dianna. I remember her as a very sweet woman and mother to Mark when I knew him through work years ago. May she rest in peace.

May God Bless and Comfort Dianna's whole family during this sad time. I met Dianna through her niece and my close friend, Karen Slayton. She was a special lady and shared her love of Jesus Christ with those around her. My first memory of Dianna was from her days of being "The Tupperware Lady" and I still use Tupperware that I purchased from her. Then she helped us get my daughter's first battery operated car. It was a little red Volkswagen from Sears. May each of you treasure the wonderful memories that you have of Dianna and how she touched your life. Again, May God Bless You and Comfort You!
