ELIZABETHTON – David Glen Peters, 75, lost his battle with cancer Thursday, January 4th at his home in Mesa, Arizona surrounded by loved ones.

After graduating from Unaka High School (1966), David served proudly in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam war. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was of the Catholic faith. Vicky and family,
We´re so sorry for your loss. Dave was such a shining light. We have such wonderful memories of our "hanging out days" in Elkhorn. Mom and Dad (Jerry and Susie) always had fond memories of Dave and Vicky at Jerry´s. Dave would always step up to help out.
Please know we are thinking of you all and know that Dave will always have a special place in our hearts.
