JOHNSON CITY - David Raymond Beeler, age 74, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Hermitage Health Care Center in Elizabethton, TN. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Raymond Boyd Beeler and June Delores Ogle Beeler.
David was a veteran of the United States Air Force and made it to the rank of SGT E4. During his time of service he received the following decorations and citations; NDEM AFM 900-3 and AFGCM. He had worked for James H. Quillen VAMC as a Scanning Technician. He attended Pinecrest Baptist Church in Johnson City.
He is survived by a special friend, Barbara Van Huss, and a host of other friends.
A Private Inurnment will be held in the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Friends of Mr. Beeler would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Hermitage Health Care Center in Elizabethton, TN and to the staff of Gentiva Hospice for all the love and care that was shown.

David was my friend and I truly loved him. He was one of a kind and one of the best kind. I will miss him. Rest in peace my sweet friend and brother.
