Mr. Charles Allen "Chuck" Johnson May 27, 1975- June 28, 2024
JONESBOROUGH - Mr. Charles Allen "Chuck" Johnson, age 49, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 28, 2024, at his residence in Jonesborough, Tennessee.
Mr. Johnson was born on May 27, 1975, in Greeneville, Tennessee to Larry & Laurel Fannon Johnson.
He was a Retired Veteran of the Unites States Army and Marines Corp.
Proceeded in death by his father Larry Johnson
Survivors include his wife, Melissa Johnson, Jonesborough; Son Jacob Johnson currently stationed at Ft Drum NY, Stepsons Cameron Bowen stationed in Poznan Poland, Hunter Bowen Stationed at Ft. Liberty NC, Stepdaughter Montana Bowen Jonesborough Tn, Mother Laurel Johnson Greeneville, sister Lisa and husband Mike Marel of Greeneville. 3 nephews Christopher, Matthew and Patrick Bradley. Cousin Scott Fannon, In-laws Mike and Mary Hurney of Limestone, Brother in-law Pat Hurney of Jonesborough. Many, many friends that were as close as Family
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Bellamy officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM, Tuesday prior to the service.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cameron Bowen, Hunter Bowen, Pat Hurney, Moses Wiles, Wayne Smith, Joe Decker, Scott Losh, Robert Milulski, and Lee Carmichael
Honorary pallbearers Dog tag Brigade Veteran's MC, VFW Post 9724 Members, Auxiliary, and guests. Along with many other fellow riders.
Honor guard presented by DAV Chapter 39 alongside American Legion, Greeneville
