It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Carl Dempsey Cade 51, after a short battle with cancer. Carl was born in Alexandria, VA but lived most of his life in Elizabethton, TN. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. J.D. Cothran, Alexandria, VA his paternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Carl M. Cade, Elizabethton, TN And his precious longtime pet chihuahua, Molly. He leaves behind his father, Donald Cade, Elizabethton, TN mother Sandra Cade, Spartanburg SC, twin brother John W. Cade, sister Terri L. Johnson, Bristol, TN Aunt Kathy Cothran, Gaffney, S.C., nephew David Johnson, Spartanburg SC, niece Megan Cade Blacksburg, SC, great-nephew Mason Johnson, great-nieces, Madison Johnson and Willow Alora Lee, as well as two very special friends, Sonia Bauer and Royce Gentry. Carl was a lover of country music and dreamed of becoming a singer and songwriter in Nashville someday... There will be a small service for family and friends on Sunday March 5th 2023 @ 3 PM Elizabethton Full Gospel Church 1410 West "G" St Elizabethton, TN Officiating Pastor L. C. Tester
