I adored Miss Betty and she was such a sweet caring funny and wonderful woman! I enjoyed all of our little chats at the store and her and my grandmother were very close when I was a kid...I grew up and rented from her and Bob and she was always so helpful and friendly to everyone she met! When my mother passed last year Miss Betty hugged me tight and told me I was going to be ok and somehow I was...she comforted me through that very tough time! My prayers are with Bob and their family and Miss Betty I will forever remember your loving heart!!!!

I am so glad I got to see Betty weeks ago at Shoney's. She was a wonderful person, traveled with us on business trips, always treated me like family. They gave Bill Alston and myself the chance to prove ourselves when we purchased Southeast Industries, Inc. I will always be so grateful for their kindness and caring nature! Rest IN Peace Sweet and Gentle Lady! My prayers go out to all members of the family!
