Jannie Esther (Thomas) Morse, passed away at her home in Keeler, at the age of 92 on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
A celebration of life service to honor Jannie's memory will be at noon on Wednesday, March 11, at the Calvin Funeral Home in Hartford, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. till the time of service. Pastor Lonnie Truelove will officiate. Memorial condolences for the family can be left on our website at www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
Jannie was born on Nov. 15, 1933 in Manila, Ark., the daughter of Don and Elizabeth (Kincaid) Thomas. She moved to Michigan with her family and married Johnny Morse on April 24, 1954, and became a homemaker and mother. Johnny passed away on June 3, 2011. Also preceding her were her parents; two sons: Tim and Roger; five brothers and three sisters.
Jannie is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Morse) Drane; a son, Larry Morse both of Keeler; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
