Grandma,
I am praying you are at peace and that for you, heaven is soap operas and candy.
I have so many memories from when I was younger. Especially from when we lived with you. We were always playing with tipsy topsys and games at your kitchen table. I remember going outside and being fascinated (and afraid) by all of the slugs that would hang out by the sewer access in your yard. I loved taking walks down to the 7-eleven by your house and picking berries from your bushes. I was always so obsessed with your bell collection and any time I visited, the first thing I did was go upstairs to your room so that I could check out any new bells you may have added. I've never seen so many bells. Over the past decade, you've been a homebody and boy do I wish I would have visited you more. I am feeling guilty over you not having met Cameron. You were a good great grandma always sending cards to Kennedy and thankfully, Cameron got one from you too while you were still here. I put it right in her memory box. It always meant a lot to me that you kept my coloring page on the fridge. Even today, at age 36, my coloring page from the coloring contest I won at age 8 is still there. Im happy that you got to live such a long life and pray that you are resting peacefully in reunion with grandpa.
I love you always.

Grandma Conser was a funny and loving lady. One thing I will always remember is the unique Christmas gifts she gave us. Every year we looked forward to seeing what she picked because it was always something we never would have guessed.
This year I received different flavors of jelly and my husband got a block of cheese which went together perfectly. One of the jellies was orange marmalade, which was especially meaningful to me because it was always my dad's favorite. I just lost my dad this year right before Christmas. I ended up eating that entire jar while thinking of him. It reminded me how the simplest act of caring can mean so much to another person and have a big impact without us even knowing.
Even as a blended family she always made my sisters and I feel welcome and part of the family and made sure things were fair. She had a good heart which is where my step dad gets it.
She raised some incredibly good hearted children who helped shape a wonderful life for my sisters and me. My stepdad Randy is an amazing man who has always made life fun and feel safe and still does. My uncle David is hilarious and shows his love by making us and our kids laugh. My aunt Linda loves to teach us things. I remember how excited we were when she would come over to our house and show us new things on the computer.
Grandma Conser raised them all on her own after her husband passed away, and she did an incredible job. I am so thankful for the family and love she created.

Dear Randy, David and Linda... what an amazing, sweet soul your mom, Roseanna is! She has always made such an impression on me, and I have watched her spoil our family over the years with a special love all her own. She will truly be missed. We have so many clever and unique gifts around our home that always reminds me of her generosity and thoughtfulness. She never missed remembering us at the holidays and always sent those birthday cards right on time. She appreciated fresh game to cook like venison, squirrel or frog-legs through the years, and had such a wonderful smile:) Rosanna made such an impact on us and so many others with her gentle spirit. We are so blessed to have known her. She is a treasure. Much love and prayers to you and your families.
