ROBERT STETSON Obituary

To Bob and Bob´s family,
I´m glad to have known you as a colleague. As illness took hold of your life, you could not have had a more devoted and loving wife and son to care for you up to the very last breath. And what remains is the love that they still have for you and the love that you had for them.

My sympathies and prayers to Stets´ family. I have fond memories of Stets throughout Latin School. I spent many a day with Stets in Roslindale, New Hampshire and Cape Cod. He was always a calming voice much older than his years. Rest in peace friend.

At Boston Latin School, we were always called by our last names. Bob was more affectionately known as "Stets" or, as one of our Masters would not-so-affectionately say, STET-SON!!" Stets was one of my good
friends both in school, and out of school, as I spent many a day at his house. We kept in touch sporadically after College, mostly at Latin School reunions, but began to see each other more frequently, along with Mike Mingolelli, when we would get together for lunch. I will miss him and his kindness, sense of humor, and his beautiful spirit. He loved his family so deeply. Kathy, his sons. and his grandson were his greatest pride. Please know how much he was loved by others and how much he will be remembered. My heart is with the family during this difficult time.
