Tony Wasso, age 74, at rest September 12, 2025. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Walleck); Loving son of the late George and Lillie Wasso; Loved son-in-law of Yolanda (late Edward) Doyle; Dearest brother of Johnny (Rosie) Wasso and Leo (Cindy) Wasso; Cherished uncle of Julie, Joshua, Rebecca, Angie, Michael, Sandy, Candace, Lisa, and Danielle. Pastor Tony will also be missed by many other dear relatives and friends. Longtime Pastor and Elder of New Life Community Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family will be appreciated.

Where do I begin, after knowing you for 40+ years. Tony you were one of the first to fill our empty chair on Wednesday nights, you were always kind compassionate and loved the Lord.
You were only one of a few people dad talked about and remembered.
Love you miss you on earth but will see you in eternity at the Saviors side

I will always love my brother-in-law. He wasn’t just family by marriage—he was family by heart. He had such a kind spirit and a way of touching lives that will never be forgotten. His father- and mother-in-law (late Ted Walleck, Teresa Walleck) loved him so much, and I know Tony and my dad are together in heaven now—laughing, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s company again. That thought brings me peace in the middle of this heartache.

Here's where I met Pastor Tony & Linda in 1981 with my sister Lynette We helped out with VBS at the time.Little did we know that we would return to that little church in 1987 as a family.

Pastor Tony you meant a lot to our family. I want to thank you so much for ministerings and loving on the Cordero family, and for seeing the Lord in me and always letting me know that God had a plan for me, my life my husband, and our children. You were always very loving, caring, bold, and stern with me those times that I needed it. Thank you for The impact you made on my life, I will never forget you brother, friend, and Pastor.
