As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to "life doing what it does", and life be lifing as the kids say: stand strong family, never let them see you sweat. Before there was the ARC 7 at the American Red Cross there was the infamous ARC 3 in the supervisory position and thou she would let them entertain who was the number 1 out of the 3 of them, we would hear her hearty laugh and those darn spike heels coming down the hallway turning up her row; ummmmm ladies who is the number 1 in Accounts Payable (AP), if we had to put a client on hold; we ALL stopped what we were doing and in unison said: You are number 1 - come on Boss Lady... her response with that hearty laugh and smile, YOU KNOWWWWW (it). She would sayshay with class on into her office. When I tell you this one truly hit differently when I got the text from one of my good friends and bestie, I can hear her voice in the distance, that laugh like no other, that smile, those heels tapping on those hall floors and most importantly: never let them see you sweat; GOD'S GOT IT, God's got US. May you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Love you to infinity and beyond, YOU KNOW; you will always be our Number 1 Supervisor. Char
